Yes. Mr. B's works with you so that you understand every aspect of your claim. Every insurance company is different, and they all have different rules. Mr. B's helps navigate you through the process. We help educate you, so together, we make the best decisions for the repairs to your vehicle. We then inform the insurance company to have all the information as to how and why the repairs will proceed. This process helps you stay in control of the repairs to your vehicle safely and correctly.

Yes. Mr. B's will repair your vehicle back to the manufacturer's specifications and recommendations using state-of-the-art equipment. We will always put safety first.

Yes. As long as the existing paint does not have any other damages. Also, different substrates could change color, i.e., plastic to metal. We have teamed up with BASF to help ensure color match. We also use techniques such as color blending and color matching cameras to help match the original color.

Perhaps. Auto accidents usually cause the rate to increase. Some insurance companies do, however, offer accident forgiveness. If the damage to your car results from hail, fire, flood, vandalism, or some other comprehensive damage claim, your insurance rate will NOT be affected (unless you have a history of frequent comprehensive claims). Uninsured Motorist Claims will also NOT cause an increase in rates.

No. Your deductible amount is an agreement between you, the policyholder, and your insurance company and represents the portion of a claim you have agreed to pay. Steer clear of any repair shop that claims it can save your deductible as that is fraud. Such a shop will bill your insurance company for a repair they didn't perform to recoup the money. If they are willing to commit insurance fraud, how can you be sure they repaired your car to the manufacturer's specification?

The average repair at Mr. B's takes between 5 and 7 days, depending on the amount of damage and parts availability. Small jobs (mirror replacement, windshield repair/replacement, alignments, bumper replacement) can take as little as one day. Some repairs will take longer depending on parts and the insurance companies' processes. We will always be in constant contact so that you are aware of all timelines.

No. Mr. B's uses CCC estimating services, the leading estimating service in our industry.

No. Mr. B's, does not share your data or identity, and all aspects of the repairs are confidential except to your insurance company at your direction.

Every insurance company is different—most total vehicles at a certain percentage of the vehicle's value, i.e., 65%-80%. Others are deemed total structural losses and should never be repaired. All total losses are a negotiation between you and the insurance company handling the claim. Mr. B's will help educate you during this process.
