Mr. B's Warranty

Paint:
Mr. B’s Paint & Body Shop Inc. and BASF have teamed up to offer you a limited lifetime warranty against:
• Cracking or Checking
• Loss of gloss caused by hazing, chalking, fading
• Peel of the topcoat or all the layers included in the process, from the substrate
• Color change of the refinish material
• Blistering caused by moisture

BASF covers both materials and labor on refinishes complying with approved BASF product application procedures as follows:

Years 1-5: BASF covers 100%
Years 6+: BASF covers 50%

Warranty is not transferable.

All other:
1. METALWORK: Limited Lifetime Warranty, on all metalwork and framework, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.

2. STRIPES AND DECALS: 1-year Limited Warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals.

3. MECHANICAL REPAIRS: 90 days Limited Warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining to original collision damage. Alignments are warranted for 30 days Limited Warranty.

4. PARTS: 30 days Limited Warranty from the effective date, unless manufacturer’s warranty is less or more, on new parts installed by or at Mr. B’s. (Please note: Mr. B’s warranty does not exceed the manufacturer’s warranty)

5. SECTION 1-4: Mr. B’s will repair, repaint, or replace any items in sections 1-4 when a claim is made with the original customer. Unless the damage is caused by unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle, this warranty is null and void if the repair is altered or tampered with by any person not authorized by Mr. B’s Paint & Body Shop.
